The room was spacious and comfortable for our family, with cozy seating to relax after a busy day.
The staff was unprofessional and made baseless accusations.

The room was nice but the bathroom to small.
The toilet was to close to the door. The door wouldn't close unless you where out of the way of the toilet seat.

Nice indoor pool. Polite employees at desk, I assume it was the management. I did not see any other employees.
Disappointed in the "Continental breakfast". Toast, cereal, toaster waffles, plain bagles. Nothing a diabetic can eat, all bread. We stayed at a couple hotels that had eggs and sausage, bacon, Fresh fruit (more than whole apples) and you made pancakes/waffles fresher not frozen. That was a nice breakfast! Also, I wish there was a list of restaurants in the area. And rooms could use updated, chairs thread bare, carpets...ick! Windows need work. The lobby looked nicer.

comfortable room but not much else
The cable television was decent, with channels. The room, a Queen Room with Disability Access, had essential amenities, made it usable. I appreciated the general effort for accessibility around the hotel.
The overall experience felt quite average, lacking standout features.

Clean, comfortable, lobby. Clean, comfortable room with lots of space (1 king bed vs. 2 queens). Nice, separate, breakfast area off lobby.
Up charging for 'safe tax' without disclosing charge on check-in. There was no door on safe in our room. Poor breakfast management. Depleted plates, utensils and coffee. I had to eat my waffle on a napkin with a spoon and retrieve coffee from the lobby. Finally, a loud group of 12-15 business guests commandeered the breakfast room to conduct a sales meeting making our expiernce uncomfortable and feeling as if WE were infringing in the common space.

The staff were very welcoming, the price was very reasonable, and the room was very clean. We are planning on using this hotel every year when we come down for Mammoth Cave and other attractions.
The only things to improve on, was the pool was a little cloudy, and we would have liked a few more towels in the room, but these really were not a problem.

Decent stay but needs cleanliness improvements
The room was spacious and fairly comfortable. We encountered some cleanliness issues with a slightly unkempt bathroom and lingering odors. The breakfast was lackluster, with limited options available.

The room we booked was not available and we had to go from a King to a double. Cost should have been reduced.
